She has amazing insight into the housing market and knows the area/resources super well. That has been immensely helpful since our purchase! Monique is very caring/we knew she had our best interests at heart. Since we were out of state initially, she found ways to help us see homes for sale and learn the market a bit. Honestly, she even helped guide us to keep us from overpaying on a different home than the one we ultimately ended up with (because we aren’t from here, figuring out what’s appropriate pricing in this market was a big learning curve), which I’m not sure of many other realtors that would do that!
